Filed under Money Saving TipsAug 6Last night I went out for pizza with a friend. It was around 11 and the only thing open was domino’s. We ended up buying a large pizza for $14.
What amazed me was that for $5 I could’ve gotten (if it had been 9:00) a pizza of equal or better taste to domino’s from Little Caesars.
What hit me is how much I spend on random food all the time. I have recently gone grocery shopping so of course I had food at home, yet I paid (we split it) $7 for two slices of pizza (my friend took the rest home).
This is an area where I need to start learning how to conserve.
